We recommend reaching out at least 4 to 6 months before your intended retreat date. Popular venues and dates book quickly, especially in peak season. That said, we have pulled together retreats in as little as 8 weeks for the right brief.
Not at all. Many clients come to us with a feeling or a vision rather than a destination. We suggest locations that match your group, your budget and the experience you want to create.
Our service covers the full design and management of your retreat: venue sourcing, programme design, supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site support. We are transparent about costs from the very first proposal.
Absolutely. If you have a preferred chef, therapist or facilitator, we will work with them. We can also suggest and vet practitioners from our trusted network if you prefer.
We work with coaches, wellness and sport studios, companies and private groups: from studio communities and team retreats to birthdays, hen parties and friends' wellness escapes. Every retreat is designed around your group, your goals and your vision.
We charge a planning and management fee on top of the venue and supplier costs. Everything is presented transparently in your proposal so you can make informed decisions at every stage.
